The Home Office has announced they will be sending questionnaires to 12,000 asylum seekers.
This we believe is the draft questionnaire that has been shared with NGOs.
It is a complicated document and asylum seekers are required to give lots of information and the answers they give could affect the outcome of their claims for asylum.
It is important that they receive legal advice before completing the forms so they can understand the legal consequences of answers.
