Aisling Ní Chuinn appointed as Partner

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Aisling Ní Chuinn as a partner in Wilson Solicitors LLP.Aisling has a long association with the firm having joined us in 2010. She was previously a supervisor and casework team leader at Refugee and Migrant Justice (RMJ) which closed in the summer of 2010. Aisling came to the firm as an already very experienced refugee lawyer and she qualified as a solicitor in 2015.Aisling is a passionate litigator specialising in challenges for clients in immigration detention and third country removals. Aisling was a LALY finalist in 2015, in recognition of her outstanding legal work in connection with removals to Italy and in particular the case of NA (Sudan). She is widely regarded as an inspirational colleague throughout the firm.With Aisling’s appointment the number of partners in Wilson Solicitors LLP rises to 17.We are extremely proud of our collaboration with Aisling.
