Dilan studied Law at City, University of London, graduating in 2019. She has completed the Immigration Law module as part of her degree and obtained a First Class Honours. She is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course and LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) on a part time basis at BPP University.
Prior to joining Wilsons, alongside her studies, Dilan volunteered at two high street law firm’s immigration department for two years. During her final year at law school, Dilan was chosen for the Probono Training module and as part of this programme she volunteered at Advising Communities Charity’s head office in their Housing department as a Housing Support Officer. She spent her time at the charity shadowing vulnerable refugees who were homeless. She worked with her supervisor to provide housing from the Local Authorities to these individuals. She also volunteered at Southwark Jobcentre as a Client Support Officer and Marie Curie charity.
Dilan joined Wilsons as an immigration caseworker in 2019. She provides advice and assistance in a wide range of immigration and asylum cases and is especially interested in family reunion, asylum and deportation.
Dilan is passionate in providing vulnerable individuals the justice they deserve by preserving their rights, despite the obstacles. She believes she has the perseverance and commitment to achieve the best results for her clients.
