We are delighted to announce that Ian Whitbread, from Wilsons’ Family Law team, has been accredited to the Advanced Family Law Panel. Membership of the Advanced Family Law Panel is a mark of high recognition and there are only 77 members in the Greater London area. Ian has been with the firm since 1996 and has trained in criminal, children and family law. He now practices exclusively in children and family law, dealing with all aspects including divorce and financial remedy, and Family Law Act and Children Act proceedings.Ian has particular expertise in private law Children Act proceedings concerning issues of residence and contact as well as cases of special guardianship for extended family members.
